I just returned from blue calypso today and could have not been more impressed. It was the perfect sized home for our party of 10 adults. His property is right on the north shore and has an amazing reef right out front…we snorkeled at least 6 other spots around the island and all of us agreed the best spot was right at calypso blue. We traveled around the whole island and by far the North shore has the most remote gorgeous sites and also friendly local spots :) I cannot wait to go back.
Where to begin??? The setting - looking out over the ocean with beach, swimming and snorkeling right out the back door (the reef is close here so lots of big coral heads and beautiful fish). The house - it is gorgeous and if you have a group, the layout is fantastic with multiple places to hang out both inside and outside. We went with a group of 10 family + friends and it was perfect. Everyone wants to go back! The owner and house manager - anything we needed after we arrived was there in a flash. Craig (owner) is super responsive and Roy (house manager) is the best! The location - I have stayed on 7MB in the past and won't go back. Love the North Side with its calm serene setting and everything you need is close by. Book It! You won't regret it!!!

A group of 9 of us ranging from 10-43 stayed at this house and it was worth every penny. The views were breathtaking and the snorkeling was superb. Being on the north end beats the crowds of Georgetown. I highly recommend this property, and will be back in the future.11/13/2022 at 8:46 PM

Calypso Blue was presented online with true accuracy. Craig (property host) did a great job ‘checkin in’ and answering questions throughout the week to make sure our stay was exceptional. The home is well appointed with everything from kitchen necessities to linens. It also afforded ample space for our party of twelve to enjoy a movie night together. We enjoyed being on the less commercial North Side of the island with our own pool and beach. Perfect location for a family or friend group getaway!8/7/2022 at 9:26 PM
This property is exactly as pictured/advertised. Beautiful!!! The owner checked in with us and was quick to reply with answers as well as recommendations. It was perfect to have our own pool on the beach. The drive to 7 Mile beach is about 40 minutes. However, we enjoyed the non-tourist scene. Overall it was a magnificent stay. Our family of 7 had the most phenomenal vacation at Calypso Blue. The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you can possible need and then some! The homeowner is super responsive with questions, recommendations and information. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen incredibly well stocked and towels a plenty for both pool and beach. Snorkeling in our "backyard" was the absolute best! Calypso Blue has so many areas to gather and hang out both inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Grand Cayman: Seven Mile Beach, Starfish Point, Kayaking in the Bioluminescent Bay, The Blowholes, etc. but our favorite activity was relaxing at Calypso Blue and enjoying our Northside views and beautiful sunsets every day. Our large group absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house is so comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the north side of the island and would stay there again with no hesitation. We had a wonderful time!
