Deposit & Payment Schedule
-- For bookings made outside of 90 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit is due in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance including taxes and fees is due 90 days prior to arrival.
-- For arrivals within 90 days, the entire balance is due in order to confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable. We will not move dates.
We strongly advise all of our guests to purchase trip interruption insurance to indemnify the risk of cancellation, weather delay, airline interruption, medical reasons for non-travel, etc.
Rate Details
-- 13% Cayman Islands Government Tourism Tax added to all rates.
-- $3,000 refundable excess cleaning and damages deposit.
--Cleaning Fee of $399.
--Administrative Fee of $99 per stay.
Booking Rules
-- 6 nights minimum and full occupancy rate required over Thanksgiving week.
-- 7 nights minimum and full occupancy rate required over Christmas and New Year's week
-- Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
-- Inquire for shorter stays if calendar suits subject to approval.
-- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay
